Asia's largest AI film festival returns to Tokyo Innovation Base for a three-day edition from October 31 to November 2, 2026, with awards for Best AI Movie, Animation, Creative, Film Score and Vocal Track plus sponsored prizes from CapCut and ElevenLabs. Films 90 seconds to 15 minutes completed on or after January 1, 2026.

Who can enter

Open to all nationalities and ages (under-18s need parental consent). Films 90 sec to 15 min completed on or after Jan 1, 2026; AI music entries 60 sec to 5 min scored to the official visual asset. Regular deadline Sept 10, late deadline Sept 30, 2026 (12:00 JST).

AI tools allowed

Any AI tools with mandatory disclosure (e.g. Midjourney, Veo, Runway, Kling, Suno, Udio)
